Dr. Jeff Rindal has been serving Skagit County residents with quality healthcare since 1979. Dr. Brian Rindal joined NWCC in 2012 and is certified in Active Release Technique and Graston Technique. Dr. Peter O’Dwyer has been in practice since 1994 and specializes in Neuro Integration System (NIS), Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), and Activator Method.
